Train Ride to Visit Santa Conditions
Buy clicking below you agree that you understand that tickets do not guarantee admission or a train ride at a certain time. We do guarantee that you will be able to ride the train to Santa on the evening of your choice unless we are closed by rain, but we do not guarantee a specific time. On busy nights it may take two hours from arrival to completion of your experience. Most people enjoy their time but plan your schedule accordingly.
We don't want to rush Santa!
Ordering tickets online will include an extra $0.50 per ticket
in the form of a convenience fee.
This fee cannot be refunded if you decide to return the tickets.
Online tickets must be exchanged for ride tickets at Will Call on the night of the ride.
We reserve the right to suspend online
sales when necessary. You may now order online
Online tickets are not available after 3 pm the night of the ride.
